About Us
Offsite Live was founded by Chantell Pfitzer around a simple belief: conversation is an art, and like any art, it has to be practiced.
In a culture that is becoming more digital, distracted, and disconnected, Chantell wanted to create space for conversations that move beyond the room. Conversations that introduce new perspectives, challenge the way we think, and help us reconnect with each other and ourselves.
Inspired by her love of podcasts, lectures, interviews, and human psychology, Offsite Live turns powerful conversations into shared live experiences. Audiences are invited to listen, engage, ask questions, and become part of the dialogue in real time.
As the founder of The Garage Edit, Chantell has built her career around creating intentional spaces. Offsite Live is an extension of that same instinct, creating space for curiosity, connection, growth, and the kind of conversations people leave still thinking about.
Our Mission
Offsite Live was created to bring real conversation back into the room.
Somewhere along the way, it feels like we started losing the art of actually talking to each other. Not just consuming content, scrolling, or listening from a distance, but sitting in a room, hearing someone’s story, asking questions, and leaving with something you did not have before.
The idea behind Offsite Live comes from something our founder calls “the ripples.” The small moments that end up staying with you. A kind word. A piece of feedback. A conversation you did not know you needed. Sometimes the people who impact us most are not people we know well, but people who gave us something at exactly the right time.
That is what we want Offsite Live to be.
A place for real conversations, thoughtful questions, new perspectives, and moments that move beyond the room.
